Nimbly connects store traffic, shopper behavior, customer conversations, and visual and operational data to uncover sales opportunities and execution gaps that traditional reporting can miss. We turn those insights into clear, prioritized actions—helping your teams improve customer experience, sales conversion, and productivity across your network.
Built from Experience. Driven by Results.
Nimbly was founded in 2018 by Daniel Hazman to address a challenge he knew firsthand: translating head-office strategy into consistent execution on the ground. His career spans more than 20 years in retail and supply chain operations, including roles at Walmart and General Mills.
A visit to one of the world’s largest retailers crystallized the problem. Across a U.S. network of more than 8,000 stores, field teams were checking execution one location at a time. Even with significant resources, maintaining visibility and consistency required extensive manual effort.
That experience shaped what we built first: a simpler way to manage daily checks and follow-through. Nimbly gave leaders clearer visibility into store execution, helped managers act on issues faster, and freed frontline teams to spend more time with customers.
Since 2018, our company has grown to serve nearly 1,000 brands across 12 countries, supporting approximately 25,000 locations. Our customers include operators of global brands such as 7-Eleven, KFC, Taco Bell, Decathlon, Adidas, and The North Face.
Working with these operators revealed a broader need. Beyond knowing whether standards were being met, leaders needed to understand why performance varied between locations, where sales opportunities were being missed, and what their teams could do to improve.
Today, Nimbly Operations, Pulse, Echo, and AI Buddy connect daily execution with insights into customer behavior and store performance. Together, they help leaders identify opportunities, reinforce brand standards, and give teams clear priorities for action across their networks.
